What files should I send?
Send the released 2D drawing and a STEP/STP model when available. Add sample photos, material, quantity, finish, application, critical dimensions, and target timing.
Can KEC Tour make prototypes and repeat batches?
Yes. Prototype, validation, and repeat-production routes can be reviewed. MOQ, tooling, inspection, and lead time depend on the process and released requirements.
Which materials and finishes are supported?
Common reviews include stainless steels, aluminum alloys, brass, copper, carbon and alloy steels, zinc alloys, passivation, plating, polishing, coating, marking, and masking.
How are tolerances and quality evidence agreed?
The drawing, quotation, and inspection agreement define the controlled features. CMM reports, gauges, first-article evidence, material documentation, and finish records are project-specific.
